Baptism

Soon after the birth of their child, parents

should contact the priests or deacons for

pre-registration and, if it is a first child, for

Baptismal instruction.

Baptisms are celebrated on Sundays after the 11:00 Mass and by appointment only. Generally, we have

only one baptism at a time. There is no fee, but a free-will offering would be appreciated.

Sponsors for Baptism should be sixteen years of

age and have received the sacraments of Baptism,

First Communion and Confirmation. If they are married, they must be married by a Catholic priest. One Christian Witness who is baptized in a Christian Denomination is acceptable in place of a Catholic sponsor.
