here at St. John The Evangelist Church. We want you

Marriage is the most important step in your lives, and the Church wants you to understand that besides being bonded to one another, you are bonded to Almighty God by a sacrament to strengthen you in the spiritual life that ennobles that bond. Beginning your marriage in church further emphasizes this spiritual  union.

The guests you invite to witness the ceremony are asked to not only share the joy of the moment, but also

to pray for the success of your bond.

Those who are contemplating marriage should contact the parish office as soon as possible, preferably eight months before the marriage. If a couple resides outside of St. John The Evangelist Church, a letter from their pastor is required for delegation for the marriage.
